Dr. Njoku is a seasoned public policy and evaluation expert with over three decades of experience spanning academia, philanthropy, government, and consulting. As President/CEO of Benchmark Consulting Group, he leads strategic initiatives in program evaluation, capacity building, grant writing, and organizational development for social service agencies, municipalities, and philanthropic organizations.
